My name is Jeff Nordquist, and having spent more than 20 years in the software industry, I’ve been fortunate to work with amazing leaders and teams. I’ve seen projects that were wildly successful, and some that didn’t do quite so well. As a leader, I’ve learned what it takes to guide a team through obstacles and challenges and overcome them. I know what teams are capable of when everyone is moving toward a shared goal.
My favorite thing about leadership is helping others succeed. Whether it’s a developer stuck on a gnarly bug, communication problems within an organization, or the lack of a cohesive vision for a project, every challenge in leadership provides an opportunity to help.
