I’m grateful that trumpet has given me so many ways to be useful with music, whether that means helping people dance, listen, celebrate, worship, or simply feel a little more alive.
Rock band energy
With Parrothead Paradise, I get to be part of a band built for dancing, singing along, and sending people home feeling better than when they arrived.
Big band craft
With Star of the North Jazz Orchestra, I get to help bring big band music to life for an audience: the swing, the color, the surprise, and the joy of a full ensemble moving together.
Metro Brass Quintet
With Metro Brass Quintet, I get to play for people who really love the sound of brass: everything from church services to concerts with classical, jazz, pop, and a few surprises mixed in.
Church services
Playing at Mount Olivet and other churches gives me a chance to help support worship, mark important moments, and be part of music that matters deeply to the people gathered there.
